ModernCity is a Debrecen based property management and housing developer company. Their purpose is to redefine living in a Middle-European town by providing modern and sustainable housing focusing on students, newlyweds and families. My vision is meeting their goals by approaching simplicity and modernity through a vivid visual communication.
I created a logotype that celebrates simplicity including the door as a core symbol.
It not only provides a playful extension the the typography but representing the entrance
to a new chapter fulfilled with possibilities.
The project is embarking into modernity by the palette of loud, vivid colors that can easily reach young people and provides an outstanding and dynamic approach to represent such an important industry. Creating a pattern from the door symbol gives the design an energetic and evermoving aspect that is also resembling a map full of available doors.
The website provides an important platform for both investors and local people to get to know the available apartments to purchase or rent.
