The brand needed to make accessible, high- quality housing feel achievable again. Besides being just modern, they needed their identity to speak for their sustainable, energy-efficent focus.
Approach: I created a bold and optimistic identity that reframes property ownership as an exciting beginning. A vivid green palette communicates sustainability, while the playful set of illustrations and a flexible graphic system balance credibility with youthful energy. The goal was to make every step of the process user-friendly through motion and contrast, and to make housig search an adventurous experience.
